ie...
I have 3.71M33 and I want to go to 3.52 or 3.90. I run the installer and it makes all the needed changes and adds all the 1.50 addons for me. As simple as possible. If current firmware version needs to be detected to place the correct files then it should do that also.
Basically it should work like this.
1. Plug PSP into PC
2. Run EZ Installer
3. Installer gets current PSP firmware automatically
4. If no custom firmware is found notify user and exit
5. If custom firmware is found then give user options as to what firmware the EZ installer is capable of installing
6. User selects desired firmware from list and clicks next
7. EZ Installer place files and performs the firmware change
8. Notify user of any other required steps and exit
Note: I think all firmwares that can have 1.50 add-on should get the add-on by default. Also maybe the EZ Installer can detect Fat or Slim PSP and make suggestions based on that as well. One last thing, if the PSP is on Original Firmware notify the user to downgrade with Pandora and link to the tutorial here. This will help traffic here on the site and also you can point the noobs to the EZ install everytime they say "How do I downgrade my PSP?".
These are just my thoughts. They may not be doable but I think that would be an awesome app.
