Well...
#1 I definitely reccomend you open your PSP and take a look. It will help occasionally.
Also, I feel that you should remove the metal clip inside of the analog stick(Not the outer metal clip.
#2 Joysens will allow you to disable the analog stick completely.
Or, you can use your very best math skills, and logic, to fix¹ the analog stick using joysens.
¹ - You can make joysens interperate the input differently, but you cannot fix a hardware issue, of this nature, with software.
