Ok another ? iv dont everything by the steps and all goes well but when i boot the slim PSP and check in system information it says version 3.71.......So is it not installing or doesnt it edit the system version ? And do i have to downgrade the PSP first ? Cuz from my understanding i dont.

from what i kno you need 3.60 to do this. ;) Use the new pandora battery way to put M33 on it. I think it does that too at least. if not, then try to downgrade.

I have a brand-spanking new PSP Slim with firmware 3.72 on it.

As far as I've understood, there's no way to downgrade a Slim, but it seems to be a requirement to have 3.60.

So can I still follow the guide and install it or will I brick my unit and cry myself to sleep?

I only have a PSP Slim, and it came with 3.5, so I have to upgrade it, but I don't have a Fat PSP. Can this still be done without it? or Can someone upload the modified files or something somewhere for download?
