Thats right! Apparently a new web browser has been ripped from the game Tenchi no Mon, and a launcher has been modified to launch it. The way this set up, the launcher comes with all the ripped game files, so you do not even need the game to run this. This browser also supports switching to us ascii in the text entry dialog.

Fukko-papa has released a web browser. According to the translation of the readme, this is a stand alone browser for the PSP. At this time it appears to only support browsing of http://www.2ch.net/ , so if you do not read Japanese, you might not be too interested in this. Here is the changelog translation:

* DHCP not supported
* might be full of bugs
* use at your own risk...
* if the console freezes while loading 2ch threads, push and hold the power switch for 10 seconds to force termination

yeah, that tenchi thing is awesome...I'm not using it and all but a friend of mine is using it, I will get it later on, but right now, just wanna see what will happpen to his PSP if he uses it...just the curiousity i guess, hehehe. nothing happened to his system so far, so i might get it. Thanks and all, but I don't think a lot of people around here in this forum have 2.0. They're all sticking with 1.50 due to the homebrew and stuff

No this internet browser thing, does not, I repeat, does not require 2.0. its a 1.50 sort of thing. Just get it and you'll see.

these games can be used via wipeout browser or that other one that was just released! so 1.5 user can use my portal too, just not with the ease 2.0 people can use!
