same here, whats up with that? its jus freezin on the green menu

What firmware do I need to use umd emulator?

only v1.5 - if you have v2.0, you can downgrade to v1.5 if you need to...

if its freezing then try sticking any random umd in the drive.

try turning on "use boot.bin" if it still does it, try that but instead of direct loading do a system menu load. I dled death jr. and it only works if i do a system menu load not direct load. Also, games like infected that REQUIRE 2.00 can be played by turning on use boot.bin and doing a direct load. The only games i know of that require 2.00 and dont work are gta, king kong, and socom.

you guys can also try launching it through psp-oss and see if anything changes...

i dled psp-oss and my psp says game could not be started, and i extracted everything the way it said wth am i doin wrong? can anyone gimme the site they got it from?
