There are 2 sets of backgrounds, there's the stock ones and there's the customs one.
If you want the stock ones, here's the link for it: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/45 all you have to do is extract the file and take all the images from 01-12, drag them to the root file of your memory stick. (the root file is the one that's because your main PSP folder) also, don't need to resize anything.
