I can't seem to locate a tutorial on how to make your own XMB
I don't want that **** program from sony
I want to make my own gameboot short video or text with a sound effect
I have ICONS
i need to like get them into a converter i think?


I will find background etc.
but i want to make it custom to me.


My psp should be ME ified lol.

Where are the programs to change the files in the flash folder.
Ive flashed before I know how, I just want to make my own and I know close to nothing
