Problems with buttons with 3.40 OE and CSO/ISO files

I have some CSO/ISO files that load fine but when I try to play the game the
option selector scrolls like made so I cannot use them. I am trying some files
I found online. Most of the issues are with CSO files even after I expanded
them to ISO files with UMDGen. Anyone else have this issue?
