^ can't

You CAN extract contents of an ISO and then convert the individual contents to mp4 but I don't think you can take a direct ISO and convert it. Most audio encoding/ converting programs will allow you to convert the files to mp4 as long as you have an mp4 codec installed on your computer.

I think you need to just get the right dvd-to-psp ripper and its done quickly.

Try some of these sources.

well I know that you can rip straight from a disc into .mp4 format but I don't think you can take a preexisting ISO and convert it into .mp4.

I've never needed to do that, so I really don't know.

I think you just need to open the file with something like WinISO, Power ISO or Alcohol and
then burn the files to disk.

Then, with the appropriate program, you can convert those files into the formats you want.

Open the ISO with winRAR, extract the video and encode to mp4.

word

The answer to the question of ripping from iso straight to .mp4 is "no". You cannot do it that way. Instead you have to extract the contents and then encode, as stated.
