What is the minimum amount you need to make on Skype's affiliate program to get paid? "commission payments are issued according to the rule and regulations of each Affiliate Network Partner. Payments are made at set intervals throughout the year, provided your total commissions exceed the Affiliate Network Partner's minimum payout amount." Well what is this amount and is it achievable?

There isn't a minimum from what I can tell. I think you just get a flat-rate of 25% from the commission of sales that you help bring in.
