Help with GBA emu for PSP

Hello I Need ALOT of help with installin a GBA emu with pokeon emerald(i got 1 on my desktop file is gba)and ive tryed vids on youtube on other forums so if someone could please write a guide(fool proof plz) on how to install it with links and pics and stuff i hope its not asking for too much I am running 3.90 M33-3( I really regret upgrading...) so thanks..

why do you regret Upgrading? I like 3.90m33-3

download this http://pspbrew.com/?page=fileInfo&cid=3984&d=5811
stick it in the GAME390 folder or in the GAME folder with the kernel set at 390.
Then stick the .GBA file in the 'ROM' folder inside the Emu.

ok i installed but no it says i need bios? how and where do i get thos?

when i downloaded the GPsp full setup it came with the Bios. You kinda just have to look around for them.

why do you regret going to 3.90m33-3?

i dont know i just kinda like OE stuff better but its pretty good yo it increases ur music qualitys
