Hey... Im Haseo (.hack fans will know me) I wanted to introduce myself and ask some questions

1. I am just learning flash... will this site allow me to share my creations?(even if there novice?)

2. I am currently on a psp... Do i need to be on a computer to change my avatar?

1. Yes you can share it amongst everyone, no matter how bad you think it is.
2. Umm no you can do it on PSP but you will need to get a link to put it on.
