Im not sure... I sent .vault a pm about 2 and a half weeks ago..
Im untalented when it comes to this, so...
Could someone make me a sig and avatar with a jay and silent bob theme?

it takes a couple months for an arm to heal, plus my arm got broken again yesterday by the doctor so they can set it

make some lines with the line tool, add a gradient over lay, then use the the wave filter...
