Everyone MUST only make one gallery. You may double post in your own gallery if you plan on updating your pics. And yes, members are allowed to post comments in the gallery, but please do not rate them, thats for the "rate my pic" section. Thanks.

yea these rules are kinda out-dated so whatever with them... gallerys need to have 30 images to sticky.... thats final
