There is a message stating tell the admins cannot Download sman nor webman from this site cannot find webman anywhere Meaning on the internet I can find it here it just won't DL

Anyone know how I can Get Either Webman mod causes problems with mmcm for me so i want to try sman or webman IK old stuff right LOL still need it though.
