Yea I pickedup a gamecube for 5 $
No wonder why... This things close to dead!
Wow some people do NOT respect game systems -.-'
The gamecube logo is scratched immensly on the top.
there was dust in BOTH the fans to point you could see it standing out of the fans... like it was 3D dust ( Im amazed it didn't overhead)
The reset button was stuck down same with open button so it would not close.

The controller ports shoved full of dirt and god knows what...
Memory cards DID NOT READ!

Oh get this, this is a new one for all of you guys LOL
i turned it upside down to look on bottom while the disc part was open,
a big clump of sand came out, No not kidding, a big clump of SAND!

yea my family doesn't take care of anything. thats why they cannot touch my things.
:)

Perfect example:

I bought 2 N64s ,
One for me and one for my brother.
I gave the used one to my brother which looked fine,
I got it back and it took a week for it to work period...
Mine works fine. lol.

The gamecube Now that i got ahold of it:

memory cards now read perfect,
The controller ports are spotless,
The fans are perfectly clean,
when you turn it upside down, sand does NOT come out LOL.

Currently buying:
The Screwdriver to take apart,
new LED lights for controller ports & the fans,
A SD - Gamecube Converter
And a 4 GIG ( or 2) SD card :)

It works like a charm now, but i take care of everything i own,
my super nintendo bought new when i was young,
not a scratch...
My NES i bought didn't read period,
Works everytime
( the second one i bought i havn't gotten around to cleaning yet)

I wish people treated their things with respect, im sick of buying used games and them not working.

its really annoying.

I bought my vectrex from a classic gaming shop,
works like a dream!
So close to mint!
:D got it for $100

Since im just a kid, i cant go around buying everything to keep ma psp spotless. ANd thanks to ma sis since she sat on it, broke da LCD. I wish ppl would take good care of their things. Nice, u take stuff seriously.Im just an 8th grader, may not know much things about computers, but my uncle gave me this really crapy computer, it has 9GB hardrive (dont laugh) 160 soemthing RAM and a Windows Me OS. I installed Windows XP on it and keep it in the best condition i can. it works like a charm! Im hoping to get the maximum upgrade of 256 RAM, enough to make it go fast, so long i dont run too may programs!

The ancient computer model is Pavilion N5210.

All i have in the 9gb (using rite now) is the neccesary programs and a limit of 1gb usage of memory. Dont laugh god, all i have in it is AVG free edition, Spybot- Search and destroy, quicktime, and windows live messenger. And i stil have 6.35gb free, i got to take good care of this discontinued computer. If u want to go look up Pavilion N5210 on the net.

Thats not bad. Its just kinda funny of a 9GB hard drive. You could buy an external hard drive or something, you could probable get a 200-250GB one for a very reasonable price. probable just $30-40 more than a 60-70GB one.
