we get 20% employee discount on just about anything, we get to "rent" games when ever we want even new ones as long as we wait a week after release date. and on top of the 20% we can use the edge discount card and add another 10% off plus our 20 if we get used stuff.
and on top of all that, gamestop being joint owned with barnes and noble we are allowed to use our employee discount there as well.
