It was in reference to paying for an OS bkf lol, i basically meant "who pays for operating systems nowadays?" but it isn't as funny when you say it that way.

First off finally the topic got stickyed! But thats rainmeter. The thing in the middle is a clock, hard drive/ram/cpu and something else monitor lol.
