I closed my eyes just as anyone else would. You just wait until your eyes move... idk. I know this is going to sound weird, but I can "feel" my eyes. I know that probably sounds weird because I'm not even sure if there are nerve sensors in the eyes, but because of this, I can also do this weird thing with my eyes where I can shake them really fast. I can't even explain the eye-shaking thing either because for me, the only instruction is, "shake your eye". I've been able to do it since 3rd grade.

It doesn't always work sometimes. It's easiest when I'm not even tired at all. That way, I can focus on controlling the dream easier, but sometimes it's just too hard to do because I'm too tired lol... which is another problem... because when it's easy and you aren't tired, it's harder to stay sleeping and enjoying your dreams, but when it's HARDER to do b/c of how tired you are, it makes the dream last longer and is usually a better experience.

It all sounds neat to you guys... but it comes at a cost. For one, it makes you feel like you haven't slept as long as you did. Sleep becomes a little more meaningless b/c of that. Also, it can get really fu*ked up sometimes because you'll have a dream about something from a book you read or a game you played or something, and you won't want to have that dream... but can't wake up from it. So you know you're in somewhat of a prison, and KNOWING that you can't wake up from something after you're already dreaming is something that makes for some terrible nightmares. And yes, I remember just about all of them.

I wish I could remember at least one dream >.>
Nah I'd have to say it feels like I never sleep. I lay down and then I get back up and it's already the next morning, no recollection of sleeping or nothing. I woke up this morning trying to remember if I had any dreams, and all I remember is a chair beside my bed. That's it. I mean right when I woke up, I was like mmm what dreams did I have? Nothing. All I could barely remember is for some reason a picture of a grey(Why is grey supposed to be capitalized??? wtf?) chair sitting beside my bed. O well maybe tomorrow morning :(

I get that 35% of the time.

50% of the time I get Lucid Dreaming
5% of the time those future sight(Pokémon lol) dreams.
10% of the time what feels like 10 minutes of total darkness.

Sleep is GRRRRRREAT!!!

Well we could both say the same about each other, since I'm guessing neither knows how it feels to sleep like the other. If you slept like me then you wouldn't think you slept, and still feel sleepy as h311 the next morning. I could sleep for 24 hours, still wake up groggy and feel like I never slept a minute.

I actually do a little of both. I kno i sleep great when i have a dream as ace does. "nothing".

I kno i dont sleep good when i have dreams and can actually control them as DPM says. When i ever want to get up (and sometimes i dont...cause i can control them) i just jump off a cliff and stab myself. It just feels weird when u "stab" urself and the whole day u have a a pain right there.

Little known fact about me: I only sleep about 3 nights a week, sometimes 4, and many times only twice. I often try to lie down and wake up right before I dream, but that's not really "resting". anywho, I've done this for years... yet some studies show that it is terribly life threatening to do so. I guess I just don't believe them. Also, regarding the lack of sleep and how well someone copes mentally, that's all just mental. If you get in the right schedule, you just don't have to sleep. I can't say I recommend it, but it works for me.

For a while I had some tough time going to sleep, I was never tired but I started watching movies and leaving them on and the voices and noises and stuff would comfort me I guess so I would fall asleep.

@DPM77

You should try warm Whole or Condensed Milk+Cream.

If that doesn't work try pancakes w/ Alaga Syrup.
