They are called themes and backgrounds are from google. If you did make that crait sorry.

I have the transparent taskbar to and the sidebar just don't use the sidebar.

O and blackzmage mine is still better lol I have the real vista Icons/start bar lol I just hide my icons.

It's actually not an app, but an official theme.
It's the Zune Theme released whenever Zunes were released but a different background.
This screenshot is a bit old though. My new desktop is the same thing but a red moon background (because I can't find that one anymore) and the icons are 64x64 and there isn't a little shortcut arrow icon. It looks like they are actual programs on my desktop!
