My download speed is 22kb/s, HELP

another thing is you might want to clear your broweser history...
Tools>Internet options>Delete history>Delete all

it makes my computor run faster and my internet.

Yes I believe this tool just clears up me memory to make your connection faster but like I said it doesn't work for everybody. Also I downloaded this clean up utility called SmartClose it does just make your computer faster but closing unused programs but to me helps clear up space for my internet to run faster.

Also if you have FF you can download the Fasterfox add on. It doesn't really help for download speeds but for just surfing to pages just makes it faster.
