A game of where your fitness training is taken to the test on wii fit.
It features, push ups, stretches, tons of cool games, dancing games, and much more.
All this is done on the tip of your feet on this new wii balance board.
This game actually helps you build the muscles in your entire body, which supports stability.
Im still unsure about it, but it looks like this mat actually shows what your doing with
the rest of your body on the screen with a high polygon model! Amazing!
It measures your weight and how your balance is while standing on it. This thing is also wireless.
