PREPARATION
1. The first step you need to do is to make sure that you have formatted your SD card to FAT. You can do this by simply going to my computer, right clicking what drive letter it is and hit format.
2. Then make a folder in the root of your sd card called "apps", NOT app, NOT Apps, Just plain old "apps".
3. Then go back to the root of your sd card and make a folder called "wad", NOT wads, NOT Wad. Just plain old "wad".
4. Download these three apps:
Anytitle deleter http://wiibrew.org/w/images/8/8c/AnyTit ... er_HBC.zip
Wad Manager 1.5 http://teknoconsolas.tv/wanin/WAD-Manager_v1.5.zip
cIOSrev14 installer http://teknoconsolas.tv/wanin/cIOS38_re ... taller.zip
NOTE* Make sure that there is a boot.dol in each folder. If it is called something like wadmanager.dol, rename it to boot.dol
5. In the apps folder put wad manager v1.5 The "path" to wad manager should look something like F:>apps>wadmanager>boot.dol
Now put the anytitle deleter app in the apps folder. The "path" to anytitle deleter should look something like F:apps>anytitledeleter>boot.dol
Next put the cIOSrev 14 installer app in the apps folder. The "path" to anytitle deleter should look something like F:apps>CiosInstaller>boot.dol
6. Put all the wad files you want to install in the "wad" folder
FIXING
1.Fire up the homebrew channel and there should be three apps, select anytitle deleter.
2. After anytitle deleter has loaded select system titles (it should be the first option.) Somewhere there should be something that looks like IOS249. Scroll over to it and select it then hit "A" to uninstall it.
3.After that is done DO NOT reset your wii, rather just hit the home button
3.Install all the wads you want with wad manager. It is going to ask you what IOS you want to use, select 38.
4.To play backup games you are going to need to reinstall IOS249. Go back to the homebrew channel and select the Cios Installer. At the beginning it is going to ask you what IOS you want to use, select 38, then select Network Installation. Everytime you want to install wads, you may have to repeat this
Hope this helps!
