Two Wii's - same soft mod - PDC Darts on one but not other?

I have two Wii's (because I am greedy), set up exactly the same. Both are 3.2E, both have starfall installed and everything works perfectly on both. However, PDC World Championshop Darts 2009 only works on one but not the other, and I have no idea why?
Could this be due to an IOS issue?
