I would suggest just reinstalling it. You can delete it just like any other channel by going into the system menu.
From there if you have Zelda you can run the Twilight hack. Check in the tutorials section for more on that. http://hbc.hackmii.com/
If you have a chipped Wii and no Zelda, there's also a disc installer you can get from the HBC official site. Never used it so I dunno the details on it.
