RROD out of the box

So I got my second hand 360 out of the box, set it up and it started up fine. Then I put in a game and it froze while I was playing. So I turned off my 360 then turned it on again and it showed 1 red light on the "ring of light". SO I turned it off again, turned it back on and what do you know .. F*CKING RROD

HA HA.....im sorry dude. This is why i always buy something from the store instead of 2nd hand. If it doesnt work i have a warranty. Sorry dude.

Dang that's gay. I guess you always take a chance on buying stuff from ebay though. O well, I guess call M$ and get um to fix it. Maybe the manufacturers warranty is still good or something.

I never buy something used because...more then likely....the reason their selling it is cause its broke.

Give them bad feedback muahaha!... Yea man that is terrible, the people that sent that to you should get hurt. BTW how much does it cost to get the RROD fixed? It should be free, or just a small fee.

I don't think the "HA HA" was necessary.
I'm sending it in to M$ for repair.
And for the record, my family isn't rich and can't really afford a brand new one.

I know how you feel. I got my for Christmas, and that's really all I got. That and H3 & Assassin's Creed. But that was Christmas, I'd never get a gaming console for my birthday from my parents unless I pitched in some money too lol. But whenever you buy from ebay you ALWAYS take a chance. How much did you get it for? If anything I mean you can get a used 360 from gamestop for $200, and then a mem card for like $20.

What... the... hell. I got home from school today and my parents felt really bad about my 360 RRODing and she bought me a brand new Xbox 360! Even though we can't afford it!

Congrats. Sorry for the "Ha Ha". That was more for me just getting done reading about someone with the same problem and it made me think of the situation u had.
