Well if it is already taken apart go ahead and replace the stock fan with one of the talismoon fans and use the 12v mod for the fan. And also buy an Intercooler Ex, and then maybe after that change out the thermal compound on the cpu and gpu while you have it out and all that put together should decrease the internal temp of the xbox and maybe low enough so the solder doesn't melt and it will work? But if it is already come apart, mm well you would just have to look at it man. This stuff isn't really made to repair especially when your trying to fix solder joints. The only thing it could be is bad solder that I can think of, or a broken trace. Just bring out the magnifier I guess.

This is getting kinda of hard since we dont know what it looks like or have any idea of how bad the connection(whatever that connection may be) is melted.
