Description:
Coldbird has updated his Spectral Souls U.C.S. Revision 2 with an Improved Module Installer for SE-firmware. The Improved Module Installer does exactly what its name implies: it allows quick and easy installing and removing of U.C.S.
For those not familiar with this, "U.C.S." stands for Unit Control System. This is a cheat device for Spectral Souls. According to the readme:
It allows you to control all Units in the Battlefield... HP / AP / Status / Movability / Jumpability Alteration of All Units (Allies and Enemies)... Bring down a Boss with one Blow... Push up your HP to a unbeatable Value... Or simply steal Enemies AP Point... Making it impossible for them to act... Or what about Jumping / Running all over the Battlefield?! :D
As for this Repack with Improved Module Installer, here's what Coldbird had to say about it:
* Due to me not liking the Way how our beloved OC-Module Author handles Installing and Uninstalling Stuff... I decided to do my own based on his Concept. So - Whats new? I coded a nice Installer for U.C.S. that allows quick Installation and Removal of U.C.S. on SE-FW...
* Unlike cpasjustes' Version, this one won't wipe your pspbtcnf Files and therefore kill of your previous custom Module-Setup... Also - cpasjustes Installer - also left the modules on the flash... even thought he killed them off in pspbtcnf...
* What mine does different... It reads the pspbtcnf Files and adds / removes entries in it... instead of totally wiping stuff... keeping your custom module setup... so it only handles its own business...
* I tested it many times on my own flash - worked just fine...
* About the Sourcecode of the Installer...
o I wont release it to the public... Wait - Stop shouting... lol~ I'm a bit ashamed - because the code looks like gibberish really... And I don't want it to be seen in the general public... :P
o Devs who need the Sourcecode for a proper Installing Module... can ask me - and I will forward them a copy... as long as they promise to keep it away from the public... at least until I clean it up a bit more... ^^'
