Soon as you go into recovery go down 2 to "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" , and then follow the instructions on your screen.

@advocate he needs to place the recovery files on first before he can run that.

Anyways, go to the link and download 1.50 recovery winstaller. Once you've got that boot up your recovery mode and toggle your usb, then run the program you downloaded and follow its instructions.
