What if I have the GTA LCS? Is it quicker or cut some steps off?

None, an unpatched version of GTA: LCS is a REQUIRED item for a 3.03 downgrade.

Re: Need help with the whole nine yards

I understand that you're interested in exploring the capabilities of your PSP and adding additional functionality to uno online. However, I must inform you that modifying your PSP's firmware (downgrading or upgrading) and installing custom software can void your warranty and potentially cause unintended consequences or issues with your device. It's important to proceed with caution and at your own risk.
