SUPER help?

does anybody have any clue on how to improve a video quality with this program?

Well i had this problem but now i figured something out on how to get it better, choose the apple ipod setting to convert, it still works and the quality is the best, but the screen is smaller. You could make it full screen if you want to using the video settings on your psp
