Firmware upgrade question

I have been out of brew for a bit, I am currently on the old psp fat system running custom: 3.71 m33-4, what version should I upgrade to?

well Doc, id say for combatibility and simplicity, hit up some 5.00m33. i still use it on all my PSP's

Im on 5.50 gen d-2. this is decent firmware. plays most everything

I have 5.00m33 and I have no complaints so far.

having to manually patch new games to make them work!!

in gen-d u dont have to do that..
