Help with Cintro on 5.50 GEN-D2 Phat

A coworker asked me if I could put the Cintro I had on my slim onto his Phat. I have Autostart v4 on my slim and it works great but when I put it on his Phat I keep getting the game cannot be started error. We are both running 5.50 GEN-D2 and I know I installed it correctly on his machine for I am not a noob. I just dont understand why it would work on the slim but not the Phat. I downloaded Autostart v5 and Im going to try this on his Phat next time I see him but I was wondering if anyone has gotten Autostart v4 to work on a Phat running 5.50 GEN-D2? I have searched EVERYWHERE and havent found an answer. If Autostart v5 doesnt work are there any other programs out there to get Cintros to work on Phat psp's running 5.50 Gen-D2? Thanks in advance.
