new user news help

hi everyone, just bought psp 2.71, so many things to learn. downloaded one mp4 video. when i try to view it, i get a message the video cannot be played. the video codec is 768kps so thats ok. do i have to activate some king of video player in the psp to view mp4 video.???? loulou

good question... where did you get the video file?

ps. move to custom firmware 3.03oe-C is best
