Nintendo Wifi on a Nintendo DS

How do you connect to Nintendo Wifi on a Nintendo DS in a public place such as Starbucks? Normally when you connect to wifi in a public place on a laptop, a page will come up on your browser asking you to accept the terms and conditions. As we all know, you cannot bring up that page on a Nintendo DS. Anyone know how you connect? (Other than a Nintendo Wifi USB Connector)
