help with the back up loader tut

I'm starting at step for as I already have homebrew so um... now I have put the files on my sd card and nothing pops up in homebrew and I also need to know more about the iso's do you use the partition one on the dvd both on the dvd or 1 on the dvd 1 on the sd what?

im not sure what you do with DVD's but i know about iso loading.
you need to put a name on your SD card, "Apps" then put a file in there with boot.dol in it called w/e
for example Apps\isoloader\boot.dol
