well if I'm right you need to create a apps folder on your SD card for example sd card\apps\homebrew_browser\

Draxon is correct yes, Apps\homebrew_browser\boot.dol *all files must be called boot.dol/elf to be able to boot and have to be in a subfolder in apps

Homebrew with no applications??? help me load applications.
