i curently have mame need help

Yes I mame and psx emulators but cannot get either one to play games or boot them mame ill download a game add it goes to read it but nothing happens can someone give me a tutorial to playing the games on both please both app s are up and ready and also my 64 won't load my games all are up and ready

My mame and psx and 64 are all on my wii console not my psp lol.But any how my mame is working now i just need to grab to rom out of my download.But i am still lost on the wiisx and the 64 i have no idea what to put in the wiisx i know its a iso now i tried this methoud and got the furthest i used a psp program on a img file called umdgen and converted it to a iso file but i also have two more files and dont know what to do with the files that come with the download are img and sub and also one more called ccd okay i have those three what do i do to make it play on my emulator? do i need to combine and or what?
My wii64 goes into its main menu and all but when i go to load a rom it says error has occured? whats a matter with it? i downloaded it from here and nothing works with it it seems like it would work but i cant even get a chance to load a rom.
