If i update to 4.0 with waninkoko...

If i update to 4.0 with waninkoko does it disable any of these features - i need to know Please.
- Wad mananger
- Wads i install
- USB Loader
- Any Cios i install E.G. rev 10, rev 13, Cios 222
- Does it disable any Bugs
Any help is appriciated i may be updating to 4.0 just due to some themes i like.

I updated to 4.0 using waninkoko, i saved my nand file of 3.2 to my Computer just incase. So far so good. Im optimistic.
