NAND Backup on Bootmii.

does anyone know any reasons why this might not work? when i try doing backing it up on a FAT formatted SD card, it says "NAND verified" and never even backs it up on to the SD card. i heard there might be some compatibility issues with the SD cards at this time, but i wasn't sure if it could be anything else or not.
